I bought the artpowers stand a few months ago and recently ordered a replacement magnet from your store. Unfortunately, the magnet is completely incompatible with the stand i originally purchased. It seems that the design has changed since my order, and the polarity is now reversed, so the new magnet doesn't attach at all.

This makes the stand unusable, and i'm extremely disappointed. If you change a product's design, you should clearly indicate that replacement parts may no longer be compatible. More importantly, you should offer accurate replacement parts for the products you sell.

The weight is good because it stays stiff, and above all, I recommend one with a clean finish.
However, the joint needs to be tight and unfolded slightly at first for adjustment to be possible.
I am very satisfied that there is no need to worry about losing the hex wrench as an integrated product.
