    Ali's mistakes like this should not be repeated. Do you know the feeling of receiving items that have nothing to do with the requested product after several days? At least the refund was relatively quick. Ali seems better than the Supreme Court.

    Very good for the 8.4 inch tab. It accepts it stably and rotates the pad horizontally and vertically very conveniently. However, it is a bit disappointing that the direction does not rotate. However, Lenovo 12.7 pads are a bit vague. Although it can beined in one position, there may be some inconvenience in rotating for horizontal and vertical directions due to great care.

    It is possible to keep the pad by attaching it to a jelly case for Lenovo 12.7 pads. However, due to its not very strong magnetic force, the expected pad location cannot be moved freely.

    I bought the artpowers stand a few months ago and recently ordered a replacement magnet from your store. Unfortunately, the magnet is completely incompatible with the stand i originally purchased. It seems that the design has changed since my order, and the polarity is now reversed, so the new magnet doesn't attach at all.



    This makes the stand unusable, and i'm extremely disappointed. If you change a product's design, you should clearly indicate that replacement parts may no longer be compatible. More importantly, you should offer accurate replacement parts for the products you sell.



    I hope you'll get in touch to help resolve this issue. This kind of oversight really affects the usability and trust in your products, and i am now left with a stand i can no longer use due to incompatible replacement parts being offered.

    The weight is good because it stays stiff, and above all, I recommend one with a clean finish.
    However, the joint needs to be tight and unfolded slightly at first for adjustment to be possible.
    I am very satisfied that there is no need to worry about losing the hex wrench as an integrated product.
